Objective: The Media Director leads the media team, manages agency operations, and is accountable for campaign delivery for key clients as well as growth of incremental revenues. The role is pivotal and has direct impact on the company strategic and financial growth.


  • Manage a media team consisting of associate directors, supervisors, planners, assistant planners, and designers
  • Own high-level client relationships at both operational and strategic levels, ensuring account retention and growth of incremental revenues
  • Drive best practices and develop new mobile media solutions
  • Accountable for campaign execution and performance
  • Devise and enforce processes and work flows
  • Responsible for resource planning, recruitment and management
  • Providing leadership, motivation, and staff training
  • Represent the agency in the industry via thought leadership and event participation
  • Partner with business development and strategy to acquire new business
  • Participate in office management

  • Extensive experience in "mobile" and/or "digital mobile" media
  • In depth knowledge in user acquisition strategy.
  • In depth knowledge of digital media (planning & buying)
  • Proven leader with experience in managing teams (7+)
  • Strong communication, client facing (at senior level) and presentation skills
  • Extensive experience of client servicing and relationship management
  • Understanding of how mobile strategies are devised and executed
  • Experience in operations, process development and improvement
  • Solid business and financial management skills as well as commercial acumen and creative flair
  • Self- starter committed to achieving results with the ability to influence at a senior level
  • 7+ years experience
  • Ad Agency experience preferred
